I am currently working in partnership with a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm that is seeking to appoint a Private Client Partner as part of its continued strategic growth. With an established reputation for delivering exceptional private wealth advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and business owners, the firm offers a sophisticated and growing private client practice supported by a strong referral network and loyal client base. This appointment represents a key strategic hire and offers an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious senior Private Client Solicitor to take on a leadership role within a successful and expanding team.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- An existing Private Client Partner seeking a more collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
- A Legal Director ready to make the step into partnership
You will advise on:
- High-value wills and succession planning
- Trust creation, structuring and administration
- Tax-efficient wealth preservation strategies
- Complex probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
- Cross-border estate planning and international private wealth matters
- Advising internationally mobile individuals, families and business owners on multi-jurisdictional succession issues

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 8+ years’ PQE specialising in private client law
- Strong technical expertise across wealth planning and estate administration
- Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
- Leadership capability or a genuine ambition to lead a team
- Existing following advantageous but not essential
- STEP qualification desirable
