- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace before, during, and after service.
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation.
- Uphold strict food safety & hygiene standards.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a line cook/chef in a high-volume or French‑inspired kitchen.
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient under pressure.
