Qualifications

• Have some knowledge and experience of working with Autism
• Be adaptable and proactive, able to deal with challenging behaviour effectively
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
• 1 months relevant experience within the last 3 years
• The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is 1 months relevant experience within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 1:1 role with a specific young learner who needs support and encouragement with fulfilling their daily routine in school.
• Help create structure and a positive experience in the student’s academic learning.
• This is a full-time role requiring assistance with personal care needs.
