Remote Operations Support — M&S Security Services

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an Operations Support – M&S to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the M&S contract and ensuring all hours are fulfilled by trained officers to meet store and client expectations.

You will help manage performance, schedule rosters, and support training, incident reporting, and compliance with Mitie policies. This role is primarily home‑based with equipment provided.
