Residential Support Worker — 24/7 Security & Care

Ministry of Justice is seeking Residential Support Workers to provide 24‑hour coverage at Approved Premises across the cluster, delivering security, monitoring and support to residents on probation. The role involves risk management, compliance with sentence plans and care of residents during Wake, Night and Weekend shifts.

You will contribute to effective team practice, communicate risks during handover, inspect premises and ensure safety.
