Children’s Services Lead — Families & Early Development

The Cottage Family Centre in Kirkcaldy is seeking an experienced childcare leader to guide a small team in a registered setting. You will advise and support vulnerable families with children aged 0–8, helping parents understand and support their children’s needs through practical strategies and activities.

You will work with the management team to create learning activities tailored to the needs of vulnerable children and their families, ensuring safe, supportive care and ongoing staff
