Estate Caretaker – On-Site Cleaning & Safety

The Construction Index Ltd is seeking an Estates Caretaker to join our on-site team in Chesham or High Wycombe. You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas across residential properties, maintaining safety standards, and assisting residents and tenancy issues. This role requires a full UK driving licence, a basic DBS check, and a reliable, proactive approach to facilities management.
