Permanent – IMMEDIATE START Monday to Friday – 40 hours (candidates will need to be flexible in terms of timings) Rugby based £27,000 – £32,000pa

Our client is establishing a new site in Rugby and is building their IT support team. They need an IT Support Assistant to offer 1st line support to start immediately.

Key responsibilities

• You will be part of a small, growing team to enhance the warehouse logistics technology
• Providing essential first-line support for hardware and software issues
• Setting up new systems and computers for staff
• This role will include a hands on element to support with wiring, setting up new desks etc

Skills & qualities needed

• Experience in an IT support role
• Great communication skills with people of all levels
• Must be willing to be hands on – helping with wiring, building and setting up new desks etc
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Due to the fact this is a new site, hours/timings are not yet fully confirmed. You must be able to be fairly flexible with working hours
• Proactive, organised and reliable
