Guidewire Production Support Specialist

Infosys is seeking a proactive Production Support Analyst to provide direction, set standards and ensure quality in operational support across the Guidewire platform. You will be the primary incident contact on the Community Portal and help maintain service excellence.

You will monitor production environments with DataDog, investigate incidents, coordinate resolution with multi‑disciplinary teams, and support continuous improvement and release activities across the platform.
