Change And Release Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Change And Release Manager with strong Financial Services experience and proven expertise working with Oracle Flexcube. This role will focus on managing releases across critical banking systems, ensuring environment stability, deployment governance, and smooth delivery across Development, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full release lifecycle across multiple banking applications
• Coordinate deployments across all environments including Production
• Maintain release schedules, deployment plans, and environment readiness
• Work closely with Change, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Support teams
• Ensure release governance, risk management, and rollback plans are in place
• Support releases across Oracle Flexcube and connected banking platforms
• Maintain release documentation and compliance records
• Drive improvements across release and environment management processes

Required Experience

• Proven Release / Environment Management experience within Financial Services
• Strong hands-on Oracle Flexcube experience
• Experience managing releases in regulated banking environments
• Strong understanding of Change Management, ITIL, and release governance
• Experience working across complex enterprise platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
