Housekeeping Supervisor – Warminster

Overview

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring and maintaining all guest bedrooms and guest areas to a high standard, leading by example whether working with the Head Housekeeper or leading the team yourself. In this hands-on housekeeping position, you will train team members on the standards agreed between you and our Head Housekeeper to keep our hotel a location people want to work, stay and play. You will develop team engagement and improve working styles, hotel standards and our guests’ overall experience by showing imagination and passion for the role. This is a hands-on role providing the opportunity to lead from the front and progress within the team.
