Trauma-Informed Residential Youth Support Worker

Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated role in Homes2Inspire to support vulnerable young people in residential settings. You will work with the team to provide nurturing, trauma‑informed care and help create stable environments for youths in our care.

Responsibilities include day‑to‑day support with vulnerable individuals. Candidates should have GCSE level education and a willingness to complete QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent health & social care qualification.
