What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to keep them coming back.
- Hunt for new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships
- Smash your sales targets and hit KPIs set by management.
- Deliver top-notch customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep your sales strategies sharp.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (recruitment experience is a bonus!).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team.
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to succeed.
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools.
