About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a growing, busy Mental Health Support Team (MHST). The MHST programme is delivered in partnership between Off the Record (OTR) and Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust (AWP). The post-holder will be crucial to the development and ongoing administrative delivery within the MHST, working closely with staff across all parts of the service. Based in our office on Horfield Road, the successful candidate will provide efficient, effective and friendly administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities and Qualities

  • Provide efficient, effective and friendly administrative support.
  • Work closely with staff across all parts of the service.
  • Demonstrate friendly and approachable manner with good organisational skills.
  • Show good attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Maintain a good level of computer literacy and work well under pressure.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts.
