Duties
- Monday – Thursday (10pm – 7:30am)
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across manufacturing and production equipment.
- Respond to mechanical breakdowns and carry out fault finding to minimise downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical faults on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Support continuous improvement activities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately.
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure maximum plant performance.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Requirements
- Recognised Engineering Qualifications.
- Mechanical qualifications.
- Hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
- Welding and fabrication skills.Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- CNC experience would be beneficial.
