I’m exclusively partnering with a specialist Leeds-based recruiter to find a Lead Recruitment Consultant to own their M&E Surveying desk. 20 people, 20% YOY growth, Employee Owned Trust. Low staff turnover, real earning potential, and genuine scope to build a team.
The Package
– £40,000–£50,000 base (DOE)
– Uncapped commission
– EOT tax-free profit share bonus

The Role
You’ll manage large existing accounts and grow it organically. You’ll run your own BD pipeline, manage a focused portfolio of strategic accounts, and work directly with the MD. The clients are Facilities Managers, Heads of Engineering, and senior leaders across construction and housing.
What We Need
– 5+ years’ billing experience in technical recruitment (construction, M&E, surveying, or FM)
– Real knowledge of the M&E or surveying market
– Comfortable in senior commercial conversations
