Despatch Operative

Gap personnel operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for despatch operative to join our client based in Whitchurch, Shropshire.

Working in a chilled Warehouse the position will include general warehouse duties including picking orders, palletising, despatching, scanning, general paperwork.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8‑hour shifts
• Two‑shift system:
  1. Early shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  2. Late shift: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Pay

£12.79 per hour £50 weekly bonus for any week worked on late shift

What we need

• Flexibility to work both early and late shifts
• Reliability and willingness to learn
• Experience in despatch or a similar role is an advantage—but not essential. We are happy to train the right people!
