Strategic Change Program Director

Barclays in Knutsford is seeking a senior Change Programme Director to oversee a portfolio of change initiatives. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory requirements, while aligning with strategic objectives across the organisation.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and coordinate with senior stakeholders and external partners to embed change and realise business benefits.
