Multi-Trade Maintenance Specialist (Central Birmingham)

Midland Heart is seeking experienced tradespeople to join our In-House Maintenance Team in Central Birmingham. The role offers a base salary of £39,200 per year, a van and fuel card, tools, full uniform and PPE, plus a mobile phone and iPad, alongside generous leave and pension benefits.

You will diagnose and complete a broad range of repairs and projects across our 35,000 homes, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering and decorating in both occupied and empty properties.
