Aspire People are recruiting confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a number of large secondary schools in Bordesley Green and East Birmingham. This role involves delivering pre‑planned lessons, maintaining behaviour and safeguarding, and covering a range of subjects to support students’ learning.

Ideal candidates will have strong classroom presence, good communication, and the flexibility to travel across East Birmingham.
