Food Manufacturing Maintenance Technician (12-Hour Shifts)

Auxo Talent is recruiting an experienced Engineering Shift Technician for a well-established food manufacturer in Poole, Dorset. The role offers a fast-paced production environment where reliability, quality and continuous improvement are central to daily operations.

You will perform planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on site machinery, diagnose faults, and ensure activities comply with food safety, GMP and hygiene standards.
