We are seeking to appoint a merchandising coordinator to a six-month contract role, to support the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns for our client, from creative brief to final in-store deployment. The successful candidate will act as a key link between marketing, production and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.

The role will be based at client offices in north London, or at our offices in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, with weekly travel to the client’s London office.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day delivery of in-store marketing campaigns, as the primary point of contact for marketing requirements and campaign briefing, while building strong relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Shape and present clear campaign recommendations and responses, provide merchandising-led feedback to ensure outputs align with strategy, and oversee timely and accurate deployment of campaign collateral.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery efficiency, while supporting internal communication and helping to resolve campaign challenges.
