Behaviour Support Mentor – Term-Time Impact & Training

Affinity Partnerships is recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor at Briarwood School – Nexus Provision in Bristol. The role focuses on supporting pupils with complex needs, building relationships, and promoting engagement in learning.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to provide 1:1 or small-group support, using PBS approaches to help pupils regulate emotions and develop independence. Experience across SEND, education, or youth work is valued.
