Director AI Transformation, Data Sciences

We are partnered with a global CRDMO to identify a Director of AI Transformation to lead the integration of AI across Data Sciences in a regulated (GxP) environment.

This is a senior, high-impact role focused on moving AI from experimentation to embedded, day-to-day use across scientific and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the AI strategy and roadmap for Data Sciences
• Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across clinical data functions
• Drive adoption and change, embedding AI into existing workflows
• Oversee delivery of AI solutions from concept to deployment
• Ensure governance, validation, and scientific credibility in a regulated setting
• Engage senior stakeholders and communicate measurable impact

Ideal Profile

• Experience leading AI / advanced analytics strategy in life sciences or healthcare
• Proven track record of embedding AI into real-world workflows
• Strong understanding of clinical or scientific data environments
• Experience working within GxP or regulated environments
• Influential leader with strong stakeholder management skills
