Mechanical Fitter Apprentice: Hands-On Presses & Gear Systems

Timsons Engineering Limited in Kettering is offering two Mechanical Fitter Apprenticeships (Level 2) to assemble complete printing presses and sub-assemblies.

You will learn on the job with drawings, lifting operations, and bearing installations, including gearboxes and motors. Training is provided by Bedford College over a 2-year period, with Monday–Thursday 7.30am–4.15pm and Friday 7.30am–12.00pm, leading to full-time employment on completion.
