Quality first: Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and an openness to pair programming when tackling complex problems. AI-Assisted Development: You are comfortable using AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate your daily workflow, from scaffolding code and writing tests to debugging complex issues. AWS Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with specific Amazon Web Services, including DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and S3.
