Head of Test Automation & Enterprise QA Delivery

Royal Mail is seeking a Head of Test Automation in London to lead the enterprise automation strategy and a large, federated team. You will shape standards, drive continuous improvement, and partner with DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires deep software development and testing experience, stakeholder communication, and the ability to manage up to 60 engineers across multiple suppliers. This is a senior, permanent position based in London.
