Avalara is seeking an EMEA ELR Product Solution Engineering Manager to lead the ELR Product Solution Engineering team and support strategic, high-value opportunities. You will coach engineers, guide demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales and Product to shape the roadmap while ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to position Avalara’s ELR solutions, handle complex deals, and drive customer success in a remote-capable role across the EMEA region.
