Nurturing Children’s Residential Care Worker

The Esland Group Ltd seeks a Children’s Residential Care Worker for Bracken Lodge in Grantham. This permanent full-time role involves delivering high-quality residential care to looked-after children, under the supervision of the Home Manager.

You will work a 173-hour monthly rota (2 days on, 4 days off, sleep-ins) with overtime available at enhanced rates. Essential requirements include a Full UK driving licence, the right to work in the UK, and being over 21.
