Compassionate Support Worker — Empower Lives Daily

Royal Mencap Society in Richmond is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities with daily tasks, personal care, activities and medication administration. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with varied shifts from 07:00 to 23:00; sleep-ins are paid at £64.20 each, on a rota basis, with weekend coverage required.

Applicants should be passionate about supporting others, have excellent communication skills, and be able to commute reliably to Richmond.
