Norton Way is seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager to oversee the operations of our dealership in Greater London. You will be responsible for managing the accident repair centre’s performance, ensuring repairs meet manufacturer standards, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle damage assessment and should possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £60,000 OTE and a comprehensive benefits package.
