Job Description:

Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for 2 x Pastoral Support Tutors (full‑time and part‑time) to join our Windsor College team on a permanent basis over 41 weeks, including term time. The role pays between H19 £25,116.16 and H22 £27,604.40 (H19 £27,284 and H22 £29,987 FTE), dependent on experience and qualifications. When applying, please specify your preference for full‑time or part‑time.

Your one‑to‑one tutoring and coaching will enhance wellbeing, study skills and academic success. Collaborate with educators and managers to deliver an outstanding college experience for all students. Work alongside safeguarding leads to contribute to PEP meetings, ensuring student welfare remains a priority.
