Lead Event Security & Operations Manager

Wilson James is seeking an Events Security Coordinator to lead the on-site security operations for events at Kings Cross, London. This permanent, full-time role supports the client’s Event Security Ops team, manages day-to-day operations, resourcing, escalation, and pre/post-event reporting.

You will coordinate stakeholders, produce security plans and presentations, induct and train the security team, and help ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
