The Acorn Group is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our fast-paced team in Liverpool City Centre. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues and security incidents, with an aim of first-time resolution.
Role includes desk-side and remote IT support, Active Directory administration, incident management, system checks, and software deployment. 37.5 hours per week, on a 3-week rota including occasional Saturdays, with salary up to £31,000 DOE.
