Job Title: Night Care Assistant (Part‑time)

Location: Bowgreave Rise

Salary: £25,949 per annum (full‑time equivalent) plus night enhancement £11pm–7am, pro‑rata for 21 hours/week.

Hours: 22:00–08:00 (night shift)

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday
• Week 3: Sunday, Monday, Saturday
• Week 4: Sunday, Friday, Saturday
• Week 5: Thursday, Friday
• Week 6: Wednesday, Thursday

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person‑centred care and support to older adults in a care home setting.
• Assist with daily activities, personal care, and mobility.
• Help residents maintain dignity, safety, and well‑being during night hours.
• Work in teams to deliver high‑quality care in accordance with the Care Certificate standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working with older people or in a care setting is preferred.
• Eligibility for the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check; willingness to undergo DBS investigation.
• Confidence in using care equipment and following health and safety procedures.
