Ashgate Specialist Support Primary School is an Outstanding (Ofsted November 2024) specialist school.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the planning, implementation and assessment of a broad and balanced curriculum for a class of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. They will ensure that all pupils with varying learning abilities make progress and achieve the best possible outcomes.
- An excellent practitioner with high expectations of teaching and learning, achievement and a commitment to building positive relationships with pupils.
- Able to offer learners a high-quality curriculum, giving them confidence to succeed.
- Able to inspire pupils through the delivery of engaging lessons and to reduce gaps in learning for our pupils.
- Able to support our pupils to reach their full potential.
Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status is mandatory.
