Sales Representative (Design Background)

Overview

This Sales Representative role is located in Mansfield, UK and focuses on designing bespoke bedroom solutions. You will receive comprehensive CAD training and support from our digital systems to conduct online design consultations with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eight pre‑booked online consultations each day, delivering custom CAD bedroom designs.
• Present proposals confidently and close sales based on client needs.
• Manage inbound inquiries only; no cold calling required.
• Use company digital tools to record and track client interactions.
• Achieve performance targets to qualify for uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Background in sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Interest and aptitude for design using CAD software.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an online, customer‑facing environment.
• Commutable to Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: £26,000 per annum.Potential overtime earnings: up to £55,000 OTE (uncapped commission).Full CAD training, career progression to senior positions, and standard company benefits.

Working Hours

Monday‑Friday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pmFortnightly Saturdays: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
