Repairs Surveyor – Damp & Mould Specialist for Homes

London Borough of Lambeth is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to diagnose, specify and manage repairs across its housing stock. You will perform pre- and post-inspections, identify defects and ensure high-quality repairs, with a strong focus on damp and mould issues under Awaab’s Law.
