Empowering Care & Support Worker – 42h, Community Impact

Cygnet is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join Longfield House, a specialist residential service in Clayton, Bradford. The role is full-time, 42 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts and alternate weekends on a two-week rota.

You will deliver person-centred care, work with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment. DBS checks are required and development opportunities offered.
