Residential Care Assistant (TA to Care) – Term-Time

Randstad Education is recruiting Residential Support Workers in Lingfield, Surrey, to help TA/LSA staff transition into care while preserving school holidays. This term-time role offers 39 weeks per year, with options for full- or part-time shifts.

You will work on a campus for children and young adults with complex needs, supporting mobility, communication and daily personal care within a collaborative team.
