Qualified Social Worker Safeguarding Team, Gateshead. Immediate start with ongoing contract. Paying £34 an hour

Responsibilities:

• You will need to have strong post-qualified experience in Children’s’ Team – Assessment, Duty work – 1 year minimum qualified experience desired.
• Hold CIN and CP cases and hold LAC cases
• Completing SWETs
• Section 7 reports
• Section 47 assessments / strategy discussions / ICPCs
• Holding complex CP cases including CP visits, Core groups RCPCs etc.
• Holding CLA cases including Stat reviews, PEPs and visits.
• Undertaking Section 47 investigations
• Writing court reports and attending court
• Attending Strategy Meetings, network and Professional Meetings.
