Muc-Off is seeking an AI & IT Support Technician to join the IT team in Southampton. You will blend practical IT support with AI initiatives, helping colleagues leverage tools like ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude to improve productivity.
You’ll work with the Head of IT at the Southampton Distribution Centre and have opportunities to grow into AI Engineer roles. Ideal candidates are curious, hands-on and eager to learn, with experience in Windows, printers, scanning devices and warehouse tech.
