Portering Help Desk Operator – Part-Time, Flexible Hours

City Hospitals Independent Commercial Enterprises Ltd (CHoICE) is seeking a Help Desk Operator to join the portering team at Sunderland Royal Hospital. The role involves coordinating porter requests, using portering software and radio systems, and delivering excellent customer service to staff, patients and visitors.

Full training is provided. Shifts run 08:00–20:00 seven days a week, averaging 21 hours weekly.
