Senior Care Assistant — Lead Shifts in Residential Home

Orchard Court Care Home is seeking a committed care professional to join Jasmine Healthcare Limited as a full-time team member in Brigg. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and contribute to handovers and shift leadership.

Role requires relevant health and social care qualification, at least two years’ experience as a Care Assistant, and a residence within 30 minutes of the home. Strong communication and time management are essential.
