Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Parts Advisor apprentice. Our Parts Advisors drive sales of parts and accessories and liaise with the workshop team to ensure they have the parts they need to work effectively. This is a varied role where you will gain life and technical skills to build your career with us.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice to customers who are having problems with their vehicles.
- Taking sales orders from customers both face to face and over the phone.
- Stock control for vehicle parts and accessories.
- Maintaining an ordered stockroom.
- Raising invoices for parts sold.
- Liaison with internal teams to ensure the correct stock is in place at the right time.

Qualifications
- GCSE English – 9 – 4 (A – C)
- GCSE Maths – 9 – 4 (A – C)
- GCSE One other subject – 9 – 4 (A – C)
Course Information
Course: Customer Service Practitioner (Level 2) – Intermediate Apprenticeship. Route: Sales, marketing and procurement. Working arrangements: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with possibility of Saturday work or shifts. Expected duration: 1 year. Training provider: INSPIRO LEARNING LIMITED.
Training Outcome
Once your apprenticeship is complete, you will continue your learning journey and have the opportunity to drive your career forward. The earning potential for a Parts Assistant is in excess of £20,000. Some apprentices have advanced to team leaders, managers within the retail network or joined the head office in Milton Keynes.
