Our client is currently looking for an additional member to its Facilities team. The company si well-established and offers a range of benefits, as well as being easily accessible by public transport as it is based in central Reading, so from Bracknell, Reading, Maidenhead and Henley-on-Thames.
The role will join an existing team of 5 and report into the Facilities Manage who is friendly and supportive. The hours are 9 – 530pm Monday to Friday. The purpose of the role is to provide:
- An efficient and friendly reception to the company’ss clients and visitors.
- Efficient, friendly and professional reception services.
- Efficient services to all internal customers.
- To provide ad hoc services wherever required within the scope of the role.
Scope of the Job
Responsible for all areas of Facilities including; reception, hospitality, reprographics, internal mail and other services offered by Facilities.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Provision of hospitality to clients and visitors; including maintenance of all meeting rooms.
- Organising lunches and ensuring seamless provision of catering.
- Responsible for distribution of all post and faxes; including internal mail runs in both buildings.
- Providing reprographic services to all internal staff, ie, photocopying and binding of documents.
- To ensure that all clients and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a professional and appropriate manner on Reception – covering lunchtimes specifically.
- Ensuring the office equipment is working efficiently i.e. photocopiers, fax machines, switchboard and reporting any faults to IT.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary will be c £17,500 – £18,000 depending on experience.
- 22 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays) increasing to 25 with service.
