Lead Residential Child Care Worker – Shift Leader

Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Senior Residential Child Care Worker in North Lancashire. You will lead a team of RCCWs, supporting and caring for young people with complex needs. The role involves shift leadership, safeguarding, and contributing to care planning.

We expect at least 3 years in children’s social care or residential settings, and QCF Level 4 or NVQ Level 3/4. The position is permanent, full-time, with enhanced conditions for shift work.
