Project Worker – Temporary Role

Location: Gloucester

Responsibilities

• Build positive, professional relationships with service users and partner agencies
• Keep accurate records in line with organisational standards
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development
• Respond to individual needs with empathy and practical guidance
• Contribute ideas to improve services and encourage innovation

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people facing mental health challenges, homelessness, or drug and alcohol addiction
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational abilities and confidence managing varied priorities
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping others
• IT literacy for record‑keeping and communication
• Flexibility for evening or weekend work
• DBS on the Update Service is a strong advantage
