Post-Sales AI Solutions Architect

Anthropic is hiring Technical Architects to be the hands-on builders and live technical communicators who help customers go from “we bought Claude” to “our people use it every day.” You’ll partner with Customer Success and engineering teams to unlock deployment and adoption across large, real-world use cases.

You will lead post-sale technical sessions, ship plugins and integrations, and enable customers through workshops and live demonstrations, ensuring responsible AI use at scale.
