Field-Based Community Support Worker

Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Community Support Worker within the Domiciliary Review Service to directly engage with individuals, families and carers. You will review current support plans to ensure outcomes are met, revisit eligibility, and connect people to community resources, reporting safeguarding or high‑risk situations as needed.

You will visit clients at home or other venues, liaise with carers, and work across Leicestershire to assess needs and risks.
